Sponsor’s Clock: Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry and at the time of prize fulfillment. Void where prohibited by law.

If you are under 18, you are not eligible to enter. However, a parent or legal guardian who is 18+ may enter using the parent/guardian’s own phone number, and any prize will be awarded to the parent/guardian.

Employees, contractors, and household members of Sponsor (and anyone involved in administering the Promotion) may be ineligible at Sponsor’s discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

Each giveaway begins and ends at the time(s) announced by Sponsor (on-air and/or posted online). Sponsor may run giveaways weekly or at other times. Sponsor may change, pause, or end a giveaway at any time as described in these Rules.

Entry is by text message only, as announced for each giveaway.

To enter, you must follow the instructions provided by Sponsor, which may include (but are not limited to):

• texting a keyword or phrase,
   
• texting multiple keywords in a specific order,
   
• waiting for an on-air “cue” to submit your entry,
   
• and/or other instructions announced for that specific giveaway.
   

IMPORTANT: If Sponsor instructs entrants to wait for a specific cue (example: “Send those keywords now”), any entries received before the cue may be disqualified and/or deleted.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages. Sponsor is not responsible for carrier delays or message delivery issues.

By entering, you confirm you are the authorized subscriber of the phone number used to enter, or you have permission from the authorized subscriber.

Unless otherwise stated by Sponsor for a specific giveaway, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person per giveaway.

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, altered, late, illegible, not in the required format, or that does not follow the announced instructions.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:

• uses automated methods, scripts, bots, multiple numbers, multiple accounts, or similar tactics,
   
• tampers with the entry process,
   
• attempts to manipulate the outcome,
   
• or otherwise violates these Rules.
   

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final.

Prizes consist of Rod’s Classic Rock station merchandise only (examples may include shirts, hats, stickers, mugs, or similar items), as determined by Sponsor.

• No cash value.
   
• No substitutions, transfers, or exchanges, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
   
• Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable.
   

Any costs or expenses not specifically stated as included are the winner’s responsibility.

Winners will be selected using the method announced for that specific giveaway, which may include:

• first correct eligible text received after the announced cue,
   
• random drawing from eligible entries,
   
• or other fair method announced by Sponsor.
   

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the announced contest format.

Winners may be notified by text message, on-air announcement, and/or other method announced by Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• undelivered messages,
   
• carrier delays,
   
• spam filtering,
   
• lack of service,
   
• full inboxes,
   
• or other technical issues beyond Sponsor’s control.
   

To receive a prize, a selected winner must respond to Sponsor and provide the information required to award the prize (such as name and a valid U.S. mailing address).

Claim Deadline: The winner must respond and complete required verification within 72 hours of the first notification attempt (unless Sponsor states a different deadline for that giveaway).

If a selected winner:

• does not respond by the Claim Deadline,
   
• cannot be verified as eligible,
   
• provides incorrect or incomplete information,
   
• or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules,
   

then the winner may be disqualified, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Unclaimed Prize Rollover: Any forfeited or unclaimed prize may roll over into a future giveaway, at Sponsor’s discretion.

Prizes will be shipped to a valid U.S. mailing address provided by the winner, unless Sponsor states an alternate delivery method.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• incorrect addresses provided by the winner,
   
• undeliverable shipments,
   
• delays caused by carriers,
   
• or loss/theft after delivery confirmation.
   

Any federal, state, or local taxes (if any) related to receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Promotion (including contacting winners and shipping prizes). Sponsor does not sell entrant information. Sponsor may retain basic records for compliance, fraud prevention, and Promotion administration.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion (or any giveaway) if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor.

Sponsor may, in its discretion, disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or who Sponsor believes is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use/misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any mobile carrier. If a giveaway is promoted on any platform (including social media or streaming platforms), it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
